Fresh Peach Pie with Cream Cheese Filling Today I'm sharing my homemade Fresh Peach Pie with Cream Cheese filling. This is another one of my husband's grandma's recipes and is essentially the same pie as the Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie that I've shared here. Grandma Jolley made the best pies and her fresh peach pie with cream cheese filling is one of our family favorites! Everyone will love this pie and it's very easy to make! The Recipe

I use pie weights or navy beans on top of parchment paper to keep the pie crust from sliding down in the pie dish and to keep the dough from bubbling up. I also use a pie crust ring to keep the edges from burning. I've added the pie crust recipe below too. (Or you can cheat as I often do and use a store-bought crust)

Best Barbecue Ribs Recipe

Barbecuing ribs used to intimidate me because there are so many different ways to make them. Years ago my husband's grandma, Norma Fuhriman, made some ribs for a family BBQ and she showed me her method of doing them partly in the oven and then finishing them on the grill. This ensures that they get tender, and adding the BBQ sauce at the end gives them that smoky, caramelized flavor that is so delicious. I've made them this way ever since and they always turn out amazing! This barbecue rib recipe is fail-proof!

The Rub

The first time I tried doing them this way I decided to make up a rub since I'd seen it done on so many of the cooking shows I had watched. I put a bunch of spices and ingredients into a bowl, mixed it up, and bam! My rub added another layer of flavor to the ribs. Over the years I've tweaked it a few times and I think I'm finally happy with this

My Favorite Kitchen Tool

This recipe has onions in it and I detest chopping them up so that's why I love this chopper so much. You never have to deal with watering eyes and it's so fast and easy. This is truly my favorite kitchen tool and it doesn't take up a ton of space and goes right into the dishwasher! Just quarter your onion, drop it into the chopper and turn the crank a handful of times. Thats it! The onions are all uniform in size too and depending on how many times you turn the crank, they can be smaller-sized pieces or larger.

This recipe is a favorite that came about by accident! Who doesn't love when that happens?! One day I was hosting a baby shower and had bought all the fresh fruit for my favorite fruit dip which was made with cream cheese and marshmallow creme. I had all the fruit prepped and was ready to make my dip, however, when I went to my pantry to find the marshmallow creme, I discovered I did not have any! I hadn't checked in the pantry to make sure I had some before I went to the store and I didn't have time to go to the store again.
