Lavender and Mint Green Tablescape I absolutely love lavender season and look forward to it every summer! I dream of creating a beautiful outdoor tablescape in a lavender field somewhere. Since I wasn't able to do that this summer, I was inspired to create this Lavender and Mint Green tablescape for a luncheon I was hosting at my home. I had planned this tablescape out in my head for months and just before I was ready to start putting it together, Yankee Candle Company reached out to me and asked if I would like to use their new Dried Lavender and Oak candle from their Farmers Market Collection. Of course, I was thrilled because I love using candles in my tablescapes. These candles not only look nice, they smell amazing. The timing of this couldn't have been more perfect. Thanksgiving Silver and White Tablescape
Sharing an Elegant Thanksgiving Tablescape featuring silver and white table settings, a garland table runner, and pumpkins with greenery.
The idea for this tablescape came when I was decorating for Christmas last year. I had to get my Christmas decorations up before Thanksgiving! We had a lot of company coming over the holidays and I needed to have the decorating out of the way before the crowds arrived. I was trying to figure out how I could use the same garland for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and I found it was actually quite easy! It saved me so much time and money and I was able to use this all through winter.
For the center garland I used faux frosted tip pine branches, frosted eucalyptus, pine cone picks that were painted the same color as the table, and faux cedar branches. I used a grey table runner underneath it. I layered the cedar branches and then layered in the frosted tip pine branches, eucalyptus, and the pine cones.

Sage Green and White Fall Transitional Tablescape
Sage Green and White Fall Transitional Tablescape
As we start heading towards fall, I thought it would be nice to create a neutral tablescape that still works for summer but also works as a fall transitional tablescape. I had invited three different families over for “Lasagna Night” and wanted to try out a new recipe I had for peaches since they were in season. I planned on having about twenty guests. I decided to use the outdoor table for the kids' table, and the indoor table for the adults. I also utilized the bar for four more place settings for some of the bigger kids. I pulled out my sage green dishes, white dishes, all my tan and white napkins, and wicker napkin rings. I also pulled out some woven placemats that mixed nicely with both sets of dishes and linens. I played around with the different plates and linens to see what looked nice
My Pantry Organization Project
My Pantry Organization Project
When we bought this home, one of the things I liked the most about it was how big the pantry was! With my love of cooking and entertaining, this was a big priority for me. The pantry was an excellent size, but I really needed to find a better system to store all my dishes and pantry items. I happened to see that one of my followers had an organizing business and when I clicked on her profile I was so excited to see that she was near my Highland, Utah home. I reached out and she graciously agreed to come help me tackle my pantry organization project. This job seemed so overwhelming at first but with the help of a professional organizer, it was a total transformation! Keep scrolling to see these pantry organization tips that sparked such a positive change in my home!
