Christmas Tree Decor Ideas

I'm sharing some of my Christmas Tree Decor Ideas and many of these items are on sale too! I'll link all the items below at the bottom of the post. Keep scrolling for a few tips on decorating a Christmas tree.

Green, Ivory, White, and Silver Flocked Tree

This tree is from 2019 and I think it's still my favorite one to date. I used my 12' flocked long needle pine artificial tree. The colors for the tree were green, white, ivory, and silver. I also had some bluish-gray plaid ribbon that I added into the blue decor in my home.

I always add in layers of ribbon. I layered the plaid ribbon with the satin ivory ribbon and the thinner dark green velvet ribbon. To get this look I cut equal lengths of each ribbon and wire it together in the middle and then wire it into the tree towards the back of the tree branch.

I have been a Martha Stewart fan since I was young girl and my family and friends tease me that I'm a mini Martha. Christmas Home Tour 2019 - A Green and Ivory Christmas

I'm sharing all the details of how I decorated my home for Christmas 2019. This year I went with a green and ivory Christmas color scheme. I reuse my decor from previous years throughout my home and rotate the ornaments and other decor items to change things up. This years decorations are some of my favorite and I really love how it all turned out.

The Trees

I put up three Christmas trees this year and I always try to match or coordinate the tree decorations to the decor in the room.

For the the living room tree, I have a 12' flocked long needle pine artificial tree. I used green, ivory, and white ornaments for this tree.

There are a mix of other ornaments, faux mistletoe stems, and ribbon throughout the tree.

How To Create a Festive Fall Paper Plate Tablescape

Have you ever wanted to set a pretty table using just paper plates? As much as I love using real dishes and setting a pretty table, there is a definitely a time and place for keeping it simple and using paper goods! Thats why I'm sharing how to create a festive fall paper plate tablescape and showing you how to create one that will have everyone talking!

A few weeks ago, I was invited to attend a retreat in the mountains of Utah and the ladies organizing it asked me if I would decorate the tables for the retreat. I said yes, and this is what I came up with. I knew the retreat was in a farmhouse style vacation rental and with it being fall, I wanted to do something that would be that farmhouse style with a fall-ish vibe.

I love decorating for fall and today I'm sharing my Fall Porch Decor - How to Make Planter Box Pumpkin Obelisk Towers. These little pumpkins towers make a huge statement and can be a little difficult to make, but I'm sharing the steps here to save you the trial and error when doing it for the first time.
