I love how my little bernedoodles all posed for some photos with this years spring wreaths on my porch!
Spring Wreath Ideas for Your Front Door
When it comes to front door spring wreath ideas, I always recommend choosing a wreath that reflects your overall home style and the colors you’re already using for spring decorating.
If you love soft, romantic tones, floral wreaths like this:

Another option is this Grape Hyacinth Wreath that comes in pink and white.
For a brighter, more vibrant look, I love using something like this which brings in those purple spring hues that instantly make your front entry feel alive and welcoming.
And if you’re someone who loves a more classic or neutral look, you can never go wrong with a fresh floral like this White Apple Blossom Wreath.

Or a simple greenery wreath like this Ruscus Leafy Twig Leaf Wreath which gives you that clean, timeless spring look that works all season long.
I like to take a leafy green type wreath and the add in flowers and berries to dress it up then add some ribbon and you have a completely different wreath. Keep it simple or make it as full and elaborate as you want! Here are some examples of how to do this.
To create this look, take a plain leafy green wreath and fill it in with cherry or apple blossoms and then add a bow to it.

Here are some of the cherry blossoms I used to make this wreath. I used the 19.5″ pink cherry blossoms for the wreath and the 36″ ones on the side of the porch. Click on the links below for the ones I used and other options.
Here’s another greenery type wreath if you want to keep it simple.

How to Style a Spring Wreath with Ribbon and Bows
If you’ve ever wondered how to style a spring wreath with ribbon, this is where you can really make your wreath feel custom and unique to your home.
One of my favorite ways to style wreaths is by using a ribbon bundle. These curated bundles make it so easy to mix patterns, textures, and colors without overthinking it. I have premade a handful of these spring ribbon bundles and added them into our spring collection.
Love this Spring and Summer Ribbon Bundle in Dusty Pink! Paired with a coffee filter wreath it really pops. I don’t sell these in my shop but here is the link from Etsy where I purchased it! Coffee Filter Wreath and here’s another option.
I also love our Peaches and Cream Spring & Summer Ribbon Bundle!
This Spring & Summer Bridgerton Blue Ribbon Bundle is one of my favorites ever!
Just layer however many ribbons you like together and tie them together and then clip them onto your wreath for that full, designer look. Just click on the links to shop these premade ribbon bundles.

If you prefer something simpler, a single bow can be just as beautiful. I like to either match the ribbon to the colors already in the wreath or start with a greenery wreath and bring in spring color through the ribbon. You can place the bow on the top or the bottom of the wreath like I’ve done here.

Another one of my go-to spring decorating ideas is hanging your wreath with ribbon instead of a traditional hook. It adds such a soft, elevated look to your front door and instantly makes it feel more styled and intentional.

Simple Spring Wreath Ideas with Greenery and Florals
You don’t need anything overly complicated to create a beautiful spring look. Some of the best spring wreath ideas are actually the simplest.
A greenery wreath can be the perfect base to build on—you can keep it minimal for a fresh, natural look or dress it up with ribbon and bows.
Floral wreaths already bring in color and texture, so sometimes all they need is one simple ribbon to tie everything together.
Both styles are perfect for spring home decor and can easily transition throughout the entire season.
Creative Ways to Use Spring Wreaths Inside Your Home
Spring wreaths aren’t just for your front door—they’re one of my favorite ways to add seasonal color throughout the inside of your home, too.
If you’re looking for spring decorating ideas beyond the front door, try:
- Hanging a wreath on an interior door
- Styling one above a mantel
- Adding a wreath to a wall or entryway
These small touches make such a big impact and help carry that fresh spring feeling throughout your home.

A Simple Way to Refresh Your Home for Spring
Spring decorating doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s as easy as adding one beautiful wreath, a few ribbons, and letting those soft seasonal colors do the rest. Happy Decorating!
