Sorry, one other question: in Canada, instant pudding comes in two sizes. Which did you use?

If you boil eggs and then let them sit in the hot water after you’re done boiling, they harden to the perfect doneness with the yolk. You don’t want a runny yolk. I usually let them sit in the water 5-10 minutes depending on what altitude I’m at.

Oh the pudding cake is super easy! I just use a box mix of strawberry cake, follow the directions and add an extra 1/4 cup water, 1/2 box vanilla instant pudding, and a 1/4 cup mayo! Makes a really moist cake! You can also use 1/4 cup buttermilk or sour cream! Bake as usual.
