I'm so glad you tried the recipe and liked it! Yes, you can make the bread and the freeze it after you've braided it. When you're ready to bake it, take it out (I wrap it in plastic wrap and them foil) and let it thaw out and do it's second rise then bake as directed. You ca also make the bread and freeze it that way too. I find it tastes great if you warm in up in tin foil after it's a day old or if you bake it the freeze it. I also do that with my homemade roll recipe which is also on the blog!

This recipe was not too difficult but made the most amazing bread! 3 loaves is way too much so I took the advise of the author and gave the other 2 loaves to neighbors who also thought it was amazing and asked for the recipe or for me to just keep making it!!

I am wondering if I could freeze this in some way to pull out for a weekday, work night, dinner. Bake it all and freeze the loaves or freeze the dough?

I just use regular yeast. Not the fast rise. Any brand works great too.
